ConGlobal is hiring a full-time Railroad Switchman in Milpitas, California, with immediate availability and open availability across all shifts, weekends, and holidays. The role operates track switches, inspects tracks and switch points, couples and uncouples railcars, replaces heavy connectors, coordinates with train crews and yard personnel, and follows safety procedures. A valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb railcars, and successful background, physical, and drug screening are required; 2–3 years of rail experience and switching or conductor experience are desired.
