ConGlobal is hiring a full-time Railroad Switchman in Fort Worth, Texas, for immediate hire. The role operates track switches, inspects tracks and switch points, couples and uncouples railcars, replaces heavy connectors, coordinates with train crews and yard personnel, and follows safety procedures in an outdoor rail yard. The position requires open availability, weekends and holidays, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders and stairs, and successful background, physical, and drug screening. Two to three years of rail experience is desired, while switching or conductor experience and rail safety familiarity are preferred. Starting pay is $21.37–$22.43 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid training, and career advancement benefits.
