Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Switching Technical Support Engineer Intern to support the investigation and troubleshooting of technical issues involving EX switching products and enterprise networking technologies. The intern will assist with Layer 2 and basic Layer 3 connectivity, VLANs, routing, switching, network performance, device health, customer information collection, configuration analysis, laboratory reproduction, documentation, knowledge-base content, and escalation of complex issues. The role is onsite at an HPE office, primarily during school breaks, and is intended for currently enrolled university students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
