Description
The Switzerland Operations Manager will serve as the in-country compliance and operations resource for a global Employer of Record company’s Swiss subsidiary, including acting as the designated Person Responsible for Management under the company’s SECO licence. The role supports regulatory compliance, employee onboarding and payroll administration, employment and personnel leasing contracts, social security filings, termination cases, client communications, and coordination with global operations and compliance teams. It is a 50% FTE position based in Zug, Switzerland, requiring physical presence at the registered office and offering remote work for the remainder of the arrangement.
