The role covers system architecture, model capabilities, evaluation, latency and cost optimization, upstream open-source contributions, and mentoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of AI or AI-agent engineering experience, strong machine-learning and LLM application knowledge, production AI and MLOps experience, and senior-level Python skills.
