Description
The Dean of Scholars supports K-12 scholars and staff through intensive teacher coaching, culture and behavior data analysis, Tier 2 and Tier 3 student support planning, detention oversight, family onboarding and collaboration, teacher-call monitoring, and systems for attendance, homework, and behavior policies. The role requires a Tennessee teaching or administrative license, at least four years of exemplary teaching experience at levels 4–5, and experience in school leadership, charter schools, or urban schools is preferred.
