Description
The Instructional Coach works one-on-one and in small groups with teachers to provide guidance, training, and resources focused on research-based student-engagement strategies. The role develops and executes school-wide professional learning communities, supports curriculum implementation, creates learning plans, coaches teachers through classroom observations and data analysis, provides feedback, and collaborates with principals and deans on academic goals. The coach also presents at educator conferences and attends monthly coaching meetings, reporting to the school principal.
