KIPP Columbus is hiring a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support students with diverse needs in an educational setting. The role assesses students, develops individualized intervention plans, provides direct and consultative occupational therapy, collaborates with IEP and multidisciplinary teams, adapts the school environment, trains staff, and supervises a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. The position requires an Ohio Pupil Services license, an Ohio Occupational Therapy license, a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, at least one year of school-based experience, and the ability to supervise a COTA.
