Reservoir is hiring a Synch & Creative Coordinator based in Los Angeles to support its Synch and Creative teams. The role combines music-sync administration, playlist and sampler curation, metadata and spreadsheet preparation, audio-file ingestion, research into workflow tools, expense reporting, creative-material maintenance, event coordination, and office-culture support. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with strong organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with DISCO or similar music-asset platforms.
