Description
The role supports the Deputy Director of Underwriting by delivering and overseeing the underwriting oversight framework and business planning across a portfolio of syndicates. Responsibilities include onboarding syndicates into the framework, monitoring business plans and performance, investigating deviations, implementing corrective actions, leading syndicate business-plan reviews and mid-year changes, participating in Underwriting Committee matters, maintaining oversight records, and ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s and applicable regulatory obligations. The position requires Lloyd’s market experience, underwriting oversight experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel.
