Description
The Syndication Analyst supports Equitable Bank’s Commercial Syndicated Lending team by managing syndicate partner relationships, preparing and executing loan-sale documentation, coordinating underwriting and compliance activities, onboarding investors, and maintaining AML-compliant commercial real estate loan files. The role requires post-secondary education, 2–4 years of lending experience, commercial underwriting and financial analysis knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills. It is a full-time permanent position with hybrid work requiring three days in person, and includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, bonus, RRSP match, and other benefits.
