Description
Refresco is hiring a Process Operator to prepare syrups, weigh raw materials, pump liquids into storage tanks, set up and maintain production-floor installations, and perform critical quality checks. The role is full-time in a five-shift system with guaranteed hours, offers a gross monthly salary of €3,857 to €4,344, a 6% year-end bonus, travel expense reimbursement, holiday allowance, pension accrual, and opportunities to progress to Head Operator. Applicants need MBO-level work and thinking, demonstrable experience in a food or process environment, enjoyment of varied physical work, and a good command of spoken and written Dutch.
