Description
The Telecommunications / Network Support Engineer will support mission-critical telecommunications infrastructure in a 24/7 operational environment. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications systems; monitoring and reporting infrastructure events; coordinating with ISP and Gateway GES watch staff, customers, and technical support personnel; updating routers and switches; and troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues. The role requires either a bachelor’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience or 20 years of relevant experience without a degree, along with an active TS/SCI clearance.
