Description
The Oracle Data Center Technician supports Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center environments by installing, removing, repairing, monitoring, and troubleshooting servers and network equipment; maintaining asset inventories; receiving and shipping equipment; and escalating issues to internal OCI groups. The role requires knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and networking fundamentals, the ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays, and experience improving processes and introducing automation.
