The role manages system infrastructure, provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk and escalation support, resolves hardware and dispatch-system issues, and configures and maintains UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components. Required qualifications include 10 years of System Administrator experience, a bachelor's degree or five additional years of experience, IAT Level 1 certification, and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
