Description
The role provides implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and day-to-day operations support for client/server, storage, network, mobile, and dispatch systems. It includes Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 help-desk and escalation support, account and configuration management, vulnerability scanning, security patching, system capacity analysis, and coordination with security and information systems owners. The position requires a top secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent service-award experience, 10 years of service-award experience, DoD 8570 IAT Level II and CE certifications, and four years of service-management experience.
