Description
The System Administrator will provide senior-level end-user IT support and manage Windows and Linux server environments, Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, storage, networking, security, backup and disaster recovery. The role includes configuring and troubleshooting high-availability and load-balancing environments, managing AWS and Azure infrastructure, Hyper-V and Nutanix platforms, SAN/NAS storage, VPNs, antivirus, O365, DNS, DHCP, file and print services, server patching and migrations, performance monitoring, logging, and configuration management with Ansible and Terraform. It also requires ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management, project rollouts, complex troubleshooting, and flexible 24/7 on-call support in Mumbai.
