Climate First Bank is hiring a remote System Administrator in the United States to administer on-premises and cloud infrastructure, manage Windows and identity platforms, maintain uptime and patching, support disaster recovery, enforce security and regulatory controls, lead incident response, document systems, and provide technical escalation, mentorship, and cross-functional support. The role requires 2+ years of systems administration or related IT experience, a completed or in-progress bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, access controls, monitoring, secure configuration, and banking compliance.
