The role administers Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network services, enterprise applications, workstations, and security controls; manages user accounts, permissions, Group Policy Objects, identity and access controls, software and security patches, CI/CD infrastructure, monitoring, troubleshooting, and workstation hardening; and coordinates with help desk, cybersecurity, network, engineering, and application-support teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or ten years of relevant professional systems administration or information technology experience is required, along with experience administering enterprise Microsoft systems in a complex network environment.
