Description
The Systems Administrator provides advanced technical support and infrastructure management, mentors Tier 1 Service Specialists, resolves escalated incidents, and engineers solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. The role covers virtualization, Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, data-center cabling, disaster recovery, security, client communication, documentation, and system reviews. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and an A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals certification, with associate-level certification training provided. The position may be on-site, remote, or hybrid, includes varied shifts and on-call coverage, and may require occasional travel.
