Description
The System Administrator will provide end-user IT support and manage complex Windows and Linux server environments, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, storage, networking, security, backup and recovery, and configuration management. Responsibilities include deploying and troubleshooting Windows clusters, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange/O365, Hyper-V, AWS/Azure, Nutanix, SAN/NAS, VPNs, antivirus, load balancers, server hardware, monitoring, logging, patching, migrations, and replication. The role also supports IT projects, third-party applications, ITIL processes, and 24/7 on-call operations, including weekends and after-hours.
