Description
The Infrastructure Commander/System Engineer will own and operate bare-metal virtualization, storage, Linux, networking, security, monitoring, and automation systems for a remote, high-availability infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing Proxmox VE and Ceph, hardening Linux environments, automating deployments, responding to outages, maintaining firewalls and routing, conducting vulnerability scans, and supporting IT logistics and audits. The role requires distributed infrastructure experience, audit readiness, seven-day availability, and strong operational autonomy; compensation is paid in USDC/USDT.
