The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of PC operations, Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Azure, Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint, as well as experience with virtualization platforms like Citrix and VMware. This role involves building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and implementing disaster recovery solutions, supporting network-level technical services, and providing comprehensive IT support to professional clients.
