Praxipal is hiring a System Administrator focused on VoIP and infrastructure to integrate its AI receptionist, Luna, into the telephone systems and practice management systems of new doctors’ practices. The role analyzes existing telephony and practice systems, configures SIP trunks and call forwarding, guides practices through technical rollout and commissioning, manages multiple projects, and serves as the first technical contact for practice teams. Candidates need vocational IT training or a computer science degree, several years of professional experience, at least two years of VoIP/system-administration experience, command-line and server-administration skills, strong communication, German at native-speaker level, and a solution-oriented mindset.
