ESR is looking for a System Analyst to provide comprehensive support for SAP Concur, covering all levels of assistance from L1 to L3. The role involves responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting various issues like login problems and expense report submissions, identifying and resolving system configuration issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to improve system functionality. The analyst will also participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing, contributing to knowledge base creation and training materials.
