HCF is hiring a System Analyst for its Diversified Platforms team to support life insurance, payments, and shared-services applications. The role provides first-level application and production support, investigates batches and incidents, resolves issues with vendors and stakeholders, analyzes requirements, designs solutions, contributes to releases and testing, and supports new product initiatives. Candidates need 2–3 years of systems analysis, application or production support experience, intermediate SQL, distributed-application and cloud experience, relational-database and web-services knowledge, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile or Scrum practices.
