Description
The System Analyst reviews business processes, annual business requirements, system integrations, and solution feasibility; manages requirements and traceability; maintains a requirements repository; assesses prototypes and usability; and leads business process improvement across Loyalty and Vodacom Lesotho. The role uses Agile methodologies, requires knowledge of integrations, business process management, and automation, and demands a Bachelor of Science or related IT/Engineering degree plus at least two years of technical application administration or product ownership experience.
