Description
The Business Analyst supports the planning, design, development, testing, and production support of business solutions in financial services. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into system scope and functional specifications, coordinating with developers, operations, and security teams, validating requirements and test results, resolving production issues, and coaching junior analysts. The role requires a university degree, 3–7 years of similar Business Integration or Business Analyst experience, 2–3 years of client-facing experience, financial services experience, Scrum experience, requirements and process modeling knowledge, and strong English communication skills.
