Description
The Systems Analyst will bridge business needs and technology solutions for an enterprise API integration platform. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing current and future-state processes, translating needs into functional and technical specifications, designing integration workflows and API requirements, performing gap analysis, supporting solution design and quality engineering, facilitating UAT, monitoring integration performance, and supporting change management, training, and deployment. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least four years of Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience, with compensation of USD 37,000 to USD 132,000 and medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and paid holiday benefits for full-time employees.
