COCC is hiring a System & Cloud Engineer to support reliable, secure, and well-structured technology operations across compute, storage, cloud, and platform services. The role includes infrastructure changes, monitoring, incident response, ServiceNow ticketing, patching, deployments, disaster recovery, documentation, troubleshooting, and automation. Candidates should have a degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience, one to three years of hands-on infrastructure or systems support experience, and familiarity with Windows, Linux, VMware, storage, cloud, Kubernetes, and scripting technologies. The position is hybrid and based at Rocky Hill and Avon sites, with a salary range of $72,800 to $109,200.
