Description
Lumilens is hiring a System Application Engineer (Optical) to support next-generation AI networking platforms and high-speed optical interconnects. The role provides technical support for 51.2T and future-generation switch architectures, especially 800G and 1.6T optical transceivers; leads customer-facing technical solutions, demos, evaluations, and system bring-ups; debugs interoperability issues involving switches, DSPs, and optical modules; and collaborates with optical, hardware, software, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, extensive DSP and high-speed link experience, and familiarity with AI networking switch architectures.
