B&A is hiring a full-time System Architect to support the Defense Health Agency’s Care and Benefits Integrated Systems Program Management Office. The role leads the architecture and integration of OpenText enterprise content and business process management products hosted in AWS GovCloud, including interfaces with DoD and VA systems, modernization, security, high availability, and technical leadership of engineering staff. The position is based in the National Capital Region and can reach the Falls Church, Virginia government site within two hours, contingent on contract award. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information systems, at least eight years of experience with automated enterprise content management systems, and a CISSP certification; OpenText, MuleSoft, Salesforce, AWS GovCloud, and DoDAF/RMF experience are desired.
