Description
Nokia is seeking an Optical Architect to lead the design and architecture of novel coherent optical pluggable products. The role involves defining product requirements and system architectures, translating them into technical specifications, collaborating with ASIC, optical, hardware, software, and product teams, and documenting architecture and requirements. The position requires an advanced graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or an equivalent field, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and experience in optical transport systems, optical networking standards, and link-level control and performance monitoring.
