Huron is hiring a System Coding Manager to oversee the systemwide coding program related to the revenue cycle for Munson Healthcare. The role manages coding staff, operational workflows, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT-4 coding, quality and compliance, budgets, training, and cross-functional relationships. It requires a bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, RHIT or RHIA certification, permanent U.S. work authorization, direct supervisory experience, and at least five years of coding leadership or supervisory experience. The estimated salary is $90,000 to $130,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
