The Amazon Fulfillment Technologies Support Team is hiring a System Dev Engineer to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues; develop monitoring and automation solutions; maintain and configure software; implement fixes in internally developed code; perform SQL queries; and coordinate with development, operations, and IT support teams. The role supports shipment, item availability, customer promises, shipment optimization, and other fulfillment-service functions, with a focus on using generative AI and large language models to accelerate development, debugging, and operational workflows.
