The System Development Engineer will build, deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and improve software tools and services that support AWS network engineering and automation. The role involves designing new software components, performing root-cause analysis, improving testing and monitoring, and developing automation to reduce manual operations. Candidates need programming experience with a modern language, software or systems engineering experience, knowledge of software development practices, and understanding of network and systems fundamentals.
