Amazon is hiring a System Development Engineer to own the Amazon Connect contact center platform and its Salesforce integration for the Hub Delivery program. The role is a greenfield build involving architecture design, CI/CD pipelines, omnichannel routing, Salesforce CTI and email-to-case integrations, Amazon Lex self-service, monitoring, operational excellence, and support for multi-language and multi-region expansion. Candidates need infrastructure automation, modern programming, CI/CD, AWS services, and at least three years of professional software development experience. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with a base salary of $129,200 to $174,800 annually.
