Amazon is hiring a System Development Engineer for its REALM team to support Amazon Transportation’s ATS network. The role involves troubleshooting and fixing production software issues, developing monitoring and automation solutions, maintaining and configuring software, implementing internally developed code, performing SQL queries, resolving technical challenges, and documenting systems. The engineer will work on corporate and divisional software projects, coordinate with Development, Operations, and IT Support, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation. The position requires infrastructure automation and support experience, programming experience with a modern language, and Linux/Unix experience; it is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $99,100 to $160,000 annually.
