Amazon is hiring a System Development Engineer to build, deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and improve the software tools and services that support AWS network operations. The role involves designing new software components, automating manual operations, performing root-cause analysis, improving testing and monitoring, and solving challenging systems and business problems. Candidates must be UK nationals, obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Clearance, and have programming experience with a modern language, software or systems engineering experience, and knowledge of networking and systems fundamentals.
