Description
The EDACloud Operations Engineer maintains and improves the reliability, availability, and scalability of a complex electronic design automation cloud service. The role troubleshoots technical issues, responds to incidents, develops automation and process improvements, manages infrastructure-as-code, monitors distributed microservices, and collaborates with customers and developers. It requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT-related field or equivalent practical experience, plus five years of experience with Linux, technical infrastructure, and reliability; cloud systems design, programming, virtualization, networking, security, and EDA or chip-design experience are preferred.
