RAITH is hiring a full-time System Development Engineer in Dortmund to develop and optimize electron and ion beam systems, coordinate with product management, hardware, software, and production, manage development processes from customer requirements through market launch, lead partial projects, and contribute to the R&D roadmap. The role requires a natural or engineering science degree with a strong grade, several years of experience developing mechatronic systems, and expertise in project and requirements management, micro- and nanopositioning, or analysis of physical disturbances; FIB, SEM, and EBL experience is advantageous.
