Amazon ShipTech Analytics is seeking a System Development Engineer to partner with software engineers on scalable, resilient systems. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, developing features across Java, Python, and TypeScript on AWS, implementing monitoring and alerting, managing deployments and infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have professional software and systems development experience, knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals, experience with modern programming languages, Agile/Scrum experience, and experience designing or architecting systems; AWS or cloud technology experience is preferred.
