Description
The Systems Development Engineering Manager will lead software development projects and IT systems infrastructure, overseeing design, development, troubleshooting, maintenance, integration, and application modernization. The role manages multiple disciplines or departments, supports talent strategy, sets objectives and performance expectations, and advises teams on complex matters. It is based at the Cleveland Headquarters office, is not hybrid or remote, and is not eligible for work-authorization sponsorship.
