Description
The Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer Level 2 triages and analyzes COMINT, ELINT, and FISINT collection, identification, and location requirements for military mobile platforms; refines technical capability requirements, evaluates commercial solutions, conducts feasibility analysis, presents procurement and project-execution courses of action, and contributes to tactical sensor architectures. The role also reviews systems-engineering artifacts and supports foreign-partner tactical SIGINT sensor projects from requirements through SOW/RFP, proposal reviews, estimates, LOA, project execution, delivery, and installation. The position requires 14 years of Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or five years of additional systems-engineering experience, and active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
