Spin Master is hiring an IT Support Specialist to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems; support LAN, WAN, and wireless networks; diagnose and resolve technical issues; document support requests and inventory; collaborate with the IT team; and provide on-site, remote-site, and remote-user assistance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, relevant certifications, and at least three years of enterprise network management and system administration experience.
