Description
The System Engineer will manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s network infrastructure and IT systems, with a strong focus on security. The role includes preparing and testing system changes, performing upgrades, documenting work, providing second-line support, developing IT improvement initiatives, and building secure solutions. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or equivalent technical education, knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, network equipment, firewalls, backup and monitoring tools, PowerShell or Python scripting, and experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
