Alma is hiring a Systems Engineer to join its multidisciplinary R&D team and develop and integrate next-generation aesthetic platforms. The role covers requirements definition, system integration and bring-up of energy-based platforms and applicators, risk management, design control documentation, safety and regulatory testing, production and field troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a relevant engineering or physics degree, 3–5 years of R&D integration experience, strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in Hebrew and English, and comfort working in a laboratory.
