Harman is hiring a System Engineer for its Automotive Engineering department in Ariake, Tokyo, Japan. The role provides hardware and software support for audio systems, serves as the technical contact and bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, leads customer-facing problem-solving and technical discussions, coordinates engineering changes and project deliverables, and oversees projects from a technical perspective. The position requires at least 10 years of engineering experience, automotive electronics and audio-systems expertise, strong communication in Japanese and English, and willingness to travel 10% of the time.
