Description
The Systems Engineer – Battery Management Systems (BMS) will develop and manage system requirements, functional requirements, and specifications; create and maintain DFMEA; support risk analysis and design improvements; perform requirements analysis, traceability, and change management; define interfaces and support hardware, firmware, and software integration; prepare verification plans and execute validation activities; and participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. The role requires 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience, preferably in BMS, automotive, or embedded products, along with knowledge of system integration, verification, validation, CAN/CAN FD, and product development lifecycle. Matlab Simulink is a mandatory skill.
