Ntiva is hiring a Systems Engineer to serve as the accountable owner of IT operations governance and provide onsite day-to-day field support for a client in the Washington DC area. The role combines scheduled onsite support with one remote day per week, covering end-user support, Microsoft 365 and Windows troubleshooting, device imaging and migration, network and endpoint compliance, server-room maintenance, problem management, documentation, and operational reporting. Candidates need at least five years of IT operations or service delivery experience, strong Microsoft 365 and identity administration skills, endpoint management expertise, and networking fundamentals. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits, but does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
